All transformations were completed in 12 weeks. Participants were supplied with a personal trainer for the entire duration. Proper nutrition was emphasized and supplements were not used with the exception of extra protein in some cases. Body composition and fitness evaluations were administered at the start, midway point and at the end of the program. We have completed 12 transformations over 6 years and these results are typical..
