Whether
your goal is to lose weight, tone your body, rehabilitate following
an injury or just have fun with a group of friends, the Better
Bodies Group Fitness Team has something for everyone. Our passion
is health and fitness and our goal is to be your source for
total well-being and vitality. Our classes are taught by qualified
instructors who want you to get the most out of your workout
while enjoying a fun and energetic class.

TOTALLY STEP : A step class
to work you aerobically, combined with toning work to firm you up.
A great class with simple to medium choreography! Suitable for qll
levels of fitness.
YOGA: A physical and spiritual
class dedicated to improving strength and flexibility and reducing
stress, while utilizing a variety of yoga styles
CARDIO STEP: A hi intensity
step aerobics class that will challenge your cardio fitness, with
a body and weight segment as well that will have your body feel
worked and pushed!
CORE WORKOUT: Not your ordinary
abs class. Core workout focuses on function as you strengthen your
entire core. This class is a true challenge that delivers results.
TAE BO®: Tae Bo®
includes many of the same punches and kicks as karate, but is not
intended for fightingit was not meant for any combat or self-defense
applications. There are no throws, grappling moves, or ground fighting
techniques in Tae Bo. Its only intent is to increase fitness through
movement. Tae Bo also includes aerobic exercises intended to strengthen
all muscles of the body with basic choreography. It is a fantastic
workout with a fantastic instructor....Kirsten
ZUMBA:This Latin-inspired,
easy-to-follow, dance-fitness party exhilarates their senses and
works all their major groups in a high-energy cardio blast that
leaves them invigorated, refreshed and full of life.Zumba classes
feature exotic rhythms like salsa, merengue, cumbia and samba set
to sexy Latin and international beats.
DANCE FIT: A little bit funky,
a little bit jazzy, a little bit hip-hoppy and a lot of fun. A dance
fitness class that gives a cardio workout that challenges the mind
and body in such a way that you would never know your exercising.
BOXER STEP: A Mixed Martial
Arts style class that combines the aspects of Aerobic Boxing with
Step Aerobics designed to challenge the entire body!
CIRCUIT CITY: This very
unique class is a series of circuits that consists of strategic
excercises designed to keep your body guessing. The classes are
fun, exciting and different from anything else you have tried before.
CARDIO CLASSIC: Exercise
to music! A combination of low and optional high impact aerobics,
packed with fun. Floor work for toning and Abs always included!
Suitable for all fitness levels.
BODY BLAST: Looking for something
to make you sweat, sweat, sweat? Body Blast is an interval training
class incorporating cardio/core and strength for a total body workout.`
