a graduate of Physical Education and Fitness Management and
I knew immediately that I wanted to specialize in personalized
programming and sport development. Along with that, Nutritional
coaching and Yoga certifications became the next qualifications
for me to truly be able to deliver a full mindbody connection

| I have been working at Better
Bodies as a personal trainer since November 08. I have spent
thousands of hours training for Olympic Weightlifting in this
great gym in preparation for the 2008 Bejing Olympics. My experiences
have inspired me to help others reach their fitness and athletic

to Whitehorse and to Optimum Health and Fitness. I have always
had a passion and love for sports and fitness. After I graduated
from Concordia University with a Bachelor of Science in Clinical
Exercise Physiology, I developed an interest in injury rehabilitation..
Since then, I have become a BCAK certified Kinesiologist. I
love to work with individuals to create balance training programs
to achieve their goals and I love to create active rehabilitation
programs for injuries and chronic pain. I look forward to working

My name is Shelly,
I am a lifetime Yukoner with my roots going back as the mid
40's. I am relatively new to the fitness industry and have just
completed my Can Fit Pro Personal Trainers Cetification. I love
crosscountry skiing and played volleyball and softball but remained
unfocused on the training aspect of life. A friend got me into
"working out" and a new puppy got me running and my
fitness journey began 5 years ago. I found I had a passion for
fitness and a thirst for knowledge and am continually broadening
my horizons and look forward to working with you.

and am activly helping out with summer boot camps. I enjoy
running, biking and swimming. I am a mother of 2 and I look
