Class Descriptions

All levels of fitness and experience are welcome!

 
FIT MIX: Fit Mix is a 1 hour class that incorporates step exercise, weights and strength and conditioning techniques. Let Shawna guide you through this fun and rewarding group fitness experience!  This is a beginner friendly class. 
STEP INTERVAL: Step interval with Shawna is a 50-minute step class that combines basic to intermediate step choreography with body sculpting intervals. Participants should have some step experience.

YOGA: Come join our Yoga classes and work at your own level. Yoga is fun!! It focuses on strengthening and stretching key areas of our bodies for a greater diversity of overall body conditioning. It renews, invigorates and heals our bodies. Yoga is fiery, energizing and active as well as grounding, calming and relaxing. 
KLONDIKE KICKBOXING: Looking for something to test your fitness level and make you sweat, sweat, sweat? Klondike Kickboxing is an intense class using a variety of Muay Thai and MMA style training techniques. This non contact class uses gloves, pads and bags for an awesome sweat and workout! Leeanne will make you work!

IN ALL OUR MEMBERSHIPS. NO EXTRA FEES! 
HIIT CIRCUIT: HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is proven to be a highly effective workout format. In this 45 minute. HIIT class you will give an all out effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short, active recovery periods. You will be using a variety of equipment such as battle ropes, TRX trainers and more to get your heart rate up and burn more fat in less time! Let Janice kick your A**!

STEP INTERVAL: Step interval with Shawna is a 60-minute class that combines basic to intermediate step choreography with body sculpting intervals. You will sweat and burn as you torch calories and build muscular endurance. All levels of experience all welcome!

GROUP FITNESS PROGRAMMING: Follow us on Facebook & Instagram and keep informed about our BETTER BODIES group fitness programming. All programs are created and instructed by certified Group Fitness Instructors or Personal Trainers.
SPINNING®:
STRENGTH: This workout is slow, steady with an emphasis on hard resistance work. The work is hill specific with the goal of building power!
INTERVAL: This workout makes use of flats & hills, acceleration drills and jumps with recovery time in between. Participants will work aerobically and anaerobically.
ENDURANCE: The goal of the Endurance Energy Zone is to increase your aerobic capacity.
