Penny Perrault

Certifications: General Training & Conditioning, Weight Loss, Beginner Clients, Functional Fitness, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Yoga, Healthy Eating Coach.

Penny also offers: Body Composition Testing, and Fitness Assessments.

Penny’s journey began as a certified group fitness instructor and she soon joined our group fitness team! From there her passion and love of the industry began to grow and she soon found herself working toward her Madd Dog Spinning certification. Her popularity as a Spinning instructor gave her the boost to pursue her Personal Training certification with CanFitPro! WhilSpecie studying and working toward this goal Penny managed to find time to obtain a YogaFit certification as well. With her certification as a Nutrition & Weight Loss Specialist she is well equipped to provide her clients with an exceptional well rounded package. It is quite safe to say that she is not finished yet as she continues to work towards providing her clients with a wide range of knowledge and expertise to help them live that healthy active lifestyle. Penny is a wonderful asset to our team!

Lee Anne Henderson

Meet Lee Anne Henderson! It is Lee Anne’s goal throughout her life to promote healthy living and achieve personal excellence. Her experience in the fitness industry is well rounded. Lee Anne has competed in the Manitoba Amateur body building competition ( MABBA), and MABBA Provincials. Lee Anne’s next competition will be on a National and World level. Lee Anne can bring her Kick Boxing and Muay Thai skills to her clients programs for that added intensity and excitement! Lee Anne says “I love the competitive side of fitness and how it brings out the best in the athletes. Healthy living and weight loss is also a focus of training that I love. It is very rewarding to see my clients reach success with their goals.”

Meet Steve Biss! This CESP Certified Trainer hails from Saskatchewan and was originally trained as a high school chemistry teacher. After moving to Alberta in 2013 and then the Yukon two years later, he discovered a love for all kinds of outdoor activities, from lakeside camping to back country snowboarding. Steve believes long-term consistency and finding what you love are crucial components for any successful fitness journey. Whether it's, increasing athletic performance or working on functional fitness, Steve is eager to help you succeed.

Regan Fuerstner
Certifications: General Training, Weight Loss, Beginner Clients and Functional Fitness.

This born and raised Yukoner has enjoyed being active her whole life through activities such as competitive cross-country skiing, horseback riding and running. A few years ago Regan found a passion for weight training and being in the gym. She now wants to share that passion and her knowledge with her clients. Don't let Regan's easy going personality fool you as she will make you work hard and you will see results! 

Ross Nesbitt

This CanFitpro certified training specialist has lived in Whitehorse for over 9 years. One day Ross decided that he wanted to share his love of fitness, his successes and even his failures in fitness as a blueprint to help others.  When Ross isn't in the gym, he is either spending time with his family or outside walking his lovable Mastiff-Pitbull, Paddington. Ross is eager to pass on his knowledge and experience to help you achieve your best self!  

Shawna Kostelnik

Shawna is a Canfit Pro Personal Training Specialist, who is originally from Whitehorse. She left to Victoria for high school, which is where she fell in love with fitness and weight lifting. When Shawna isn't in the gym, she's enjoying all the Yukon has to offer, paddle boarding, running with her dog, or camping with her big family.
